We are looking for a Content Producer to own photo and video across two brands: TCWGlobal, our corporate brand, and BoujieMana, our food and hospitality brand. One day you may be shooting a dish during live service in a working kitchen. The next you may be lighting an executive interview or covering a company event. This is a full process role. You will concept the work, plan it, shoot it, edit it, and deliver it, and no part of that process carries more weight than another. It rewards someone self directed. We are looking for a consistent, steady flow of work rather than occasional large productions, and for someone who finds the next thing to shoot rather than waiting to be handed it. You will work closely with our marketing team, who partner on planning, scheduling, publishing, and campaign context, so you will not be operating in isolation or guessing at priorities. The production work itself is yours. We are looking for a Content Producer to own photo and video production across two distinct brands: TCWGlobal , our corporate brand, and BoujieMana , our food and hospitality brand. The work is intentionally varied—one day you may be shooting food and beverage content during live restaurant service, and the next you may be lighting an executive interview, capturing a company event, or producing assets for a marketing campaign. This is a hands-on, end-to-end production role. You will take content from concept through final delivery, including planning, shooting, editing, and preparing assets for the platforms where they will live. We are looking for someone who can consistently produce high-quality work, manage multiple priorities, and proactively identify content opportunities rather than relying solely on assigned projects. You will work closely with our marketing team on campaign priorities, scheduling, publishing, and performance. Marketing will provide broader context and direction, while you will bring the production expertise needed to turn those priorities into strong visual content.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of professional experience producing photo and video content, in house or agency, or equivalent depth of hands on experience across both disciplines
• Food and beverage portfolio that includes styled work you personally lit and photographed or filmed in restaurant, kitchen, or similar hospitality environments
• Strong skills across both photography and video production; approximately half of this role's production work will involve still photography
• Demonstrated ability to independently build lighting setups and create strong imagery in environments that may not be designed for production
• Working knowledge of production audio, including capturing clean sound in challenging environments
• Experience with corporate, brand, or commercial content such as interviews, events, testimonials, campaigns, or brand storytelling
• Fluency in professional video editing, photo editing and retouching software.
• Ability to independently manage a shoot from initial concept and planning through production, post-production, and final delivery
• Proactive and self directed working style, with a demonstrated ability of steady output
• Comfortable working with content performance data and using it to inform creative decisions
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously
• Availability for occasional evening and weekend shoots
• Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent output of high quality photo and video assets across both brands, and identify content opportunities independently rather than waiting for assignments
• Proactively identify content opportunities based on brand, campaign, and business needs
• Plan shoots for multiple formats and uses, maximizing each production day across vertical video, horizontal video, still photography, web, social, and campaign assets
• Manage the production calendar, batch content where possible, and plan ahead for upcoming campaigns and business needs.Build and maintain an organized library of evergreen footage, photography, templates, and presets
• Repurpose and recut existing content into new assets between shoots
• Concept, plan, and execute photo and video shoots from start to finish, including location scouting, shot planning, lighting, audio, and equipment setup
• Build and light shots in a variety of environments, including offices, event spaces, working kitchens, and dining rooms
• Style and capture food and beverage photography and video during live restaurant service
• Produce corporate content including interviews, events, employee and executive headshots, and product and website imagery
• Direct employees, executives, restaurant staff, and other non-professional talent to achieve natural, on-brand results on camera
• Edit a range of content, from quick turnaround social cuts through hero pieces such as brand films and campaign spots
• Manage color, motion graphics, sound, and still retouching to a clean, professional standard
• Create platform-native vertical content rather than simply adapting landscape edits
• Prepare and deliver assets in the appropriate formats and specifications for paid media, organic social, web, email and other marketing channels
• Review content performance and use what you learn to shape future creative and production decisions
• Partner with marketing during campaign planning to ensure productions needs are identified early and incorporated into the campaign strategy
• Test creative approaches, including hooks, formats, and content variations, and apply the learnings to the future work
• Research emerging platforms, formats, and content trends, and recommend where we should be testing
• Plan deliberately for two distinct audiences, recognizing the differences between corporate B2B content and consumer-facing food and hospitality content
• Produce paid advertising creative, recruiting and employer brand content, client testimonials, and sales enablement video as well as other business initiatives
• Define and maintain a distinct and consistent visual identity for each brand
• Develop shot lists, productions plans, and creative direction that clearly communicate how a concept should be executed
• Review visual content for quality, consistency, and brand alignment before publication
• Manage production equipment, including inventory, maintenance, organization, and recommendations for future equipment needs
