About The Position

The Content Operations Specialist is responsible for operating and continuously improving Morgan Financial’s daily educational live content system. This role ensures that: A live educational show is produced every business day Each show is repurposed into 3–5 short-form educational videos Content is consistently distributed across multiple platforms Calls-to-action, offers, and lead magnets are properly placed and optimized to support mortgage lead generation The focus is education over entertainment. Success is measured by clarity, consistency, trust, and inbound mortgage interest—not virality.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Educational Live Show Execution
  • Ensure a live show is completed every business day
  • Manage technical setup, recording, and storage
  • Support a consistent show structure (market updates, loan education, Q&A)
  • Ensure the show runs on time and without disruption
  • Show Prework & Host Preparation
  • Gather and organize information needed for each show, including:
  • Market and rate data
  • Topic outlines and key talking points
  • Common audience questions and themes
  • Prepare a clear run-of-show brief for hosts
  • Ensure hosts are prepared to teach and explain, not scramble for information
  • Educational Short-Form Content Production
  • Repurpose each live show into 3–5 short-form educational clips
  • Prioritize:
  • Clear explanations
  • Practical takeaways
  • Common questions and misconceptions
  • Apply consistent hooks, captions, on-screen text, and CTAs
  • Distribution & Publishing
  • Publish content across:
  • YouTube Shorts
  • Instagram Reels
  • Facebook Reels
  • TikTok
  • Maintain a consistent publishing cadence
  • Ensure correct links, offers, and lead magnets are included and live
  • Systems & Standards Development
  • Create and document:
  • Show prep checklists
  • Editing standards
  • Publishing workflows
  • Establish repeatable systems that ensure consistency
  • Continuously refine standards based on performance data and feedback
  • Funnel & CRM Alignment
  • Work directly with the CRM, Funnels & Lifecycle Specialist to:
  • Align CTAs with active funnels
  • Ensure lead magnets are properly integrated into content
  • Optimize content placement to improve form fills and lead quality
  • Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Track engagement and response metrics
  • Identify which topics, explanations, and CTAs perform best
  • Improve show prep, content structure, and execution over time
