About The Position

Brafton is a leading content marketing firm seeking a remote, full-time Content Marketing Strategist open to candidates across Canada. The ideal candidate is client-focused, self-motivated, digitally-savvy, and results-driven. This role involves account management, developing custom content strategies to drive growth for mid-to-large organizations, revenue retention and growth, and project management. Success will be measured by client retention, account growth, and ROI reporting. While primarily remote, some travel may be required.

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in Account Management and/or experience and demonstrated knowledge/expertise in latest content marketing/SEO strategy trends.
• Understanding of what makes a great content strategy and optimizing UX best practices.
• Phenomenal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Account Management, Content Marketing, Digital Strategy, SEO Strategy, Sales, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Web Analytics, Social Media Strategy, Digital Marketing Consulting, Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio of 20-25 clients, building rapport and understanding their businesses.
• Develop and maintain multi-faceted content marketing strategies, including research, interpretation, and presentation of statistical reporting.
• Drive revenue retention and growth by selling strategies and creating statements of work that meet client objectives.
• Manage the execution and integration of custom content strategies, working with internal content creation teams (editorial, graphics, video, social media), the web integration team, and clients.
• Report on the success of strategies through ROI reporting and delivery against client objectives.
