You will be part of ASML’s U.S. Communications team, which is responsible for internal communications, PR/media relations, employer branding and recruitment marketing for ASML in the U.S., and you will report to the US Head of Employer Brand Communications. As a member of the U.S. Employer Brand team, you will help plan and execute content designed to support our employer branding goals for ASML. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging content across a wide range of channels to build awareness of ASML as an employer of choice with our target audiences. You possess the skills to be mostly self-sufficient in developing and delivering the program, while being able to draw on the knowledge and experience of the U.S. and global Communications teams.
