We take pride in being a great place to work, and this enthusiasm is reflected in the relationships our team members foster with one another and with our customers.  Job SummaryIncumbent must work a percentage of time each week from the Omaha, NE or Fargo, ND office   We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to work collaboratively to create, curate, and evaluate content that drives differentiated value in our markets. You will be asked to contribute to processes that drive consistency and efficiency, including modifying existing approaches, and creating new relationships with subject matter experts. Skills in writing, editing, storytelling, and brand messaging are a must to take a wide range of perspectives and distill information into easily understood content. The output from these efforts will enable a wide range of capabilities in our organizations from supporting targeted sales strategies, driving brand recognition in the market, and empowering our digital capabilities.

Requirements

  • Skills in writing, editing, storytelling, and brand messaging are a must to take a wide range of perspectives and distill information into easily understood content.
  • Bachelor's Degree, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Business.
  • 6 + years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Content

Responsibilities

  • Produce written content that serves as foundational material to be utilized across a variety of mediums and channels.
  • Create and maintain editorial calendars that align with business and industry cycles, as well as in support of targeted sales strategies.
  • Create presentations that can be utilized by teammates to ensure consistent, credible messages in our marketplaces.
  • Maintain content libraries, source material, and other centralized “truth centers” that are available on-demand for both general and specific use-cases.
  • Collaborate on the identification of content needs to serve various areas of the business.
  • Optimize content to enable customer journeys in both digital and in-person environments.
  • Maintain the content lifecycle by building review processes and ensuring that updates are fulfilled.
  • Analyze the results of delivered content, providing thoughtful analysis on the channel, content, and audience response.
  • Coordinate internal review by stakeholders and teams responsible for subject areas.
  • Determine KPIs and tracking mechanisms to evaluate effectiveness.
