Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in marketing, content creation, brand communications, or a related role.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Manager, content management systems, social media platforms, and basic video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, analytics, and content performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to assist with internal marketing and communication initiatives that align teams and support enterprise-wide priorities.
  • Contribute ideas, research, and execution support for marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Create and edit content for web, social media, email, video, and print, ensuring consistency with brand standards and messaging guidelines.
  • Support video production and multimedia storytelling efforts, including assistance with events and conferences.
  • Produce creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite, generative AI tools, and other approved creative technologies, with guidance from senior team members.
  • Assist with digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM support, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Support digital advertising initiatives across platforms such as Google and Meta, including campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Analyze basic performance metrics (web traffic, engagement, conversions) and share insights to help inform future content and campaign decisions.
  • Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across marketing materials and channels.
  • Support branding efforts for internal initiatives, external campaigns, trade organizations, and agency partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or agency partners as needed under the direction of senior marketing staff.
  • Manage assigned tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials for internal and leadership audiences.
  • Provide event marketing and on-site support as needed, including assistance with event logistics, promotional materials, social content, and post-event follow-up communications.
