About The Position

The Content Marketing Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, create, execute, and optimize content marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is responsible for developing high-quality content that drives engagement, supports product marketing efforts, and delivers measurable results.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in content marketing or content management
  • Background in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Solid experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Domo, Facebook Business Manager, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in SEO copywriting and content optimization
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
  • Exceptional written English skills with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot is highly preferred
  • Experience using Asana is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute effective content marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Ensure consistent, on-brand, cohesive marketing communications across the company website, digital platforms, print materials, and advertising channels
  • Oversee the creation, writing, editing, and approval of marketing content for both paid and organic channels
  • Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring all content is published on schedule.
  • Optimize content using current SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization
  • Execute content strategies to support existing products and marketing initiatives
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize future content and measure success against KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams on strategy and execution
  • Analyze consumer behavior and develop data-driven optimization strategies
  • Support additional marketing-related tasks as needed
