This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location Syndigo is looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-oriented Content Marketing Manager to help shape and scale our content engine. This role sits within the Communications & Brand team and plays a critical part in defining how our story shows up across channels. You will develop compelling narratives that elevate our brand, strengthen thought leadership, and support pipeline growth. The right candidate understands that great B2B content is not just informative. It is distinctive, insight-driven, and aligned to business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Ability to turn complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed organizations.
  • Understanding of SEO, GEO, content analytics, and digital performance metrics.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Curiosity about technology, commerce, and digital transformation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail and brand commerce technology a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated content strategy aligned to brand, product, and growth priorities.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to identify high-impact content opportunities.
  • Build editorial calendars that balance thought leadership, customer storytelling, and performance-driven content.
  • Write and oversee the development of high-quality content including:
  • Executive thought leadership
  • Blog posts and articles
  • Customer stories and case studies
  • Ebooks and reports
  • Website copy
  • Messaging frameworks and campaign narratives
  • Translate complex product capabilities into compelling, accessible stories.
  • Ensure content reflects a cohesive and differentiated brand voice.
  • Optimize content for SEO, GEO, and digital performance.
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Social to maximize distribution and impact.
  • Track performance metrics and continuously refine content strategy based on insights.
  • Work closely with Creative, Product Marketing, and Corporate Communications to ensure message consistency.
  • Support executive visibility and industry positioning efforts.
  • Collaborate with external writers or agencies as needed.
