About The Position

We are hiring a Content Manager to own and scale Duro’s content across channels. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Customer Success, contractors, and partners to create high quality content for top of funnel (TOFU) education and driving inbound pipeline. Duro’s content already strongly supports our pipeline and has generated meaningful traction. Now, we are increasing content velocity and expanding output across formats and channels with the goal of significantly increasing pipeline as we scale upmarket under the Altium umbrella.

Requirements

  • Ideally 5+ years of experience in content marketing and/or content management in a B2B SaaS environment with strong proof of execution and results
  • Strong SEO experience with a track record of driving inbound pipeline through content
  • Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, accurate, and engaging content
  • Experience working cross functionally with product teams and subject matter experts
  • High ownership mindset with strong project management skills in a fast moving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience writing for hardware, electronics, manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering audiences is a huge plus
  • Experience growing a company's LinkedIn and Reddit presence is an added bonus, as there is significant room for growth with full ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Own end to end content strategy and editorial execution across SEO and GEO, LinkedIn and Reddit, marketing newsletters, webinars, and video
  • Manage and execute the Duro content calendar aligned with growth marketing and KPI goals
  • Create in depth content including blogs, technical articles, industry trends, case studies, thought leadership, and creative LinkedIn posts
  • Produce content across formats including product videos, interviews both in person and virtual, GIFs, and lightweight motion assets with room to experiment and test new ideas
  • Help us create and execute webinar programs and supporting promotional and follow up content
  • Work with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to source stories, new features, wins, customer insights, and technical expertise
  • Collaborate with contractors and Duro’s ecosystem of partners to produce cross promotional content and co marketing campaigns
  • Own content performance tracking and analysis and translate insights into clear improvements we have ambitious and attainable KPIs
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, data analysis, and production workflows while staying current with the evolving GEO / AEO landscape
