About The Position

As the Content Marketing Manager at NewtonX, you are the storyteller and content architect responsible for transforming our proprietary data and insights into compelling external-facing content that drives brand authority and pipeline growth. This is a hands-on role where you will own the creation of articles, reports, website copy, email campaigns, social content, and newsletters—establishing NewtonX as the market research thought leader through consistent, high-quality content production. You will rely heavily on the latest AI tools (Claude, Glean, and emerging LLMs) to create industry-leading content at exceptional velocity and quality, while maintaining NewtonX's distinctive voice and analytical rigor. This role is hybrid 2 days per week in our NYC office.

Requirements

  • You bring 5+ years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS, tech, research, or data-driven companies, with a strong portfolio demonstrating data storytelling and thought leadership content.
  • Proven ability to write across formats—long-form articles, website copy, email campaigns, social posts, and newsletters—with exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with complex data, research findings, or technical subject matter and translating it into accessible, engaging content for business audiences.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, or similar), email platforms (HubSpot, Marketo), and basic SEO principles.
  • Expert-level proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT-4, Jasper, Copy.ai, Perplexity, or similar) with demonstrated ability to use LLMs to dramatically accelerate content production while maintaining originality and quality. You should have concrete examples of how you've used AI to scale content output 3-5x.
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to own the content pipeline end-to-end—from ideation through publication—with minimal oversight.
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Content Creation: Transform internal survey data, market research, and proprietary insights into engaging blog posts, long-form articles, whitepapers, and reports that demonstrate NewtonX's expertise and drive inbound interest. Synthesize complex research findings into accessible narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers.
  • Website Content Management: Own all website content—from homepage messaging to product pages to resource sections. Ensure messaging consistency, SEO optimization, and regular content refreshes that reflect NewtonX's evolving positioning and market leadership.
  • Email & Newsletter Development: Write and manage email campaigns across the funnel—from nurture sequences to product announcements to customer communications. Own the NewtonX newsletter strategy and execution, creating compelling content that builds audience engagement and drives conversions.
  • Social Media Content: Develop social media content strategy and write posts for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other B2B channels. Create content that amplifies thought leadership, showcases customer success, and drives engagement with target audiences.
  • Brand Voice & Quality: Maintain NewtonX's brand voice across all content touchpoints. Edit and refine AI-generated drafts to ensure every published piece reflects original thinking, factual accuracy, and editorial excellence. Serve as the guardian of content quality and consistency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and leadership to identify content opportunities, align on messaging priorities, and ensure content supports broader GTM objectives. Translate complex product features and customer insights into compelling stories.
