About The Position

We're looking for a hands-on Content Marketing Manager who’s excited to grow fast and build with AI at the center of their workflow. Your role is to establish thought leadership on AI-powered GRC, agentic automation, continuous compliance, and policy governance: topics that are reshaping an entire industry. You'll own content creation and execution across every marketing channel. Working side by side with product marketing, brand, demand gen, and field marketing, This is your chance to join a company that's genuinely ahead of its time in the GRC space. Requirements

  • 2+ years of content marketing, content writing, or similar experience in B2B tech in the Cyber/GRC space (Must have)
  • Strongl writing and editing skills with a portfolio that demonstrates range
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically: you can contribute to content strategy and also get in the weeds with execution.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on attitude; ability to multitask, move quickly, and adapt.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals (brand awareness, demand generation, lead nurturing, thought leadership).
  • Own the editorial calendar: plan, create, publish, and promote content across channels (blog, website, email, social media, maybe whitepapers / case studies / guides).
  • Use AI tools as a core part of your content workflow from research and outlining to drafting, optimization, and repurposing. We expect AI to increase both quality and velocity.
  • Write and edit clear, compelling content: blog posts, SEO-optimized articles, email copy, social posts, website copy, video scripts and collaborate with designers when needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with product marketing (to understand features, use cases, differentiators), brand (for tone/voice) demand gen / field marketing (for campaigns), sales / customer success if needed.
  • Translate complex technical / GRC / cyber-security concepts into accessible, audience-friendly content that resonates with decision-makers as well as practitioners.
  • Track performance of content (engagement, traffic, lead conversion, SEO rankings, email open/click, social metrics), derive insights and iterate.
  • Stay on top of Ai and industry trends to inform content ideas and keep our content relevant. Given our domain, factual accuracy and up-to-date knowledge is vital.
