From the moment a submission hits an underwriter’s inbox, AI is put to work, triaging submissions with a focus on high-appetite business, delivering real-time feedback on the portfolio, and consolidating workflows into a single proven system. Federato drives better business outcomes. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing impactful content across multiple channels and audiences. You bring strong writing skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging stories. Collaborating closely with marketing and go-to-market teams, you’ll help build brand awareness, educate our target audience, and drive inbound traffic.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a B2B content marketing role
  • Familiarity with SEO principles
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Enjoys working independently with little direct oversight
  • Experience with or desire to learn about using generative AI in content marketing

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling, high-quality content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and social media content
  • Partner with the Director of Content to execute the editorial calendar and accelerate content output
  • Collaborate with SEO agency to review and approve/revise recommendations, ensure all blogs are SEO-optimized
  • Work cross-functionally with internal subject matter experts to develop content that addresses various customer personas
  • Manage social media calendar and posting
