About The Position

Providers can't partner with Zocdoc if they've never heard of us — or if everything they've heard sounds like everyone else. This role exists to change that. You'll run a small, scrappy publication on Zocdoc's website — with a newsletter and LinkedIn presence to match — acting as our in-house reporter, finding the stories hiding inside the company and turning them into content that earns attention and drives measurable traffic. Requirements

  • 5–8 years of content marketing experience with a track record of growing organic traffic.
  • Strong interviewing skills.
  • Comfort with analytics tools Amplitude or Looker.
  • SEO fluency.
  • A portfolio that shows range.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong journalism experience preferred.
  • Healthcare, B2B, or marketplace experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Running the provider blog end-to-end — editorial calendar, writing, publishing, performance.
  • Interviewing providers, patients, and executives to surface stories worth telling.
  • Driving measurable traffic growth through SEO-informed content and smart distribution.
  • Building and growing a provider newsletter.
  • Creating LinkedIn content that pulls people back to the site.
  • Ghostwriting occasional thought leadership for executives.
  • Partnering across SEO, Brand, Lifecycle Marketing, and Provider Acquisition to make sure content connects to the business.
