Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Content Marketing, with at least 3 years in a high-impact leadership role. Experience within the MarTech or B2B SaaS industry is strongly preferred.
  • A history of successfully managing, mentoring, and scaling high-performing content teams and freelance networks.
  • Proven ability to work as a peer to senior leaders and stakeholders, navigating feedback with grace and managing urgent, high-stakes priorities.
  • Exceptional skills in crafting compelling narratives that resonate across diverse formats—from technical whitepapers to viral social threads.
  • A passion for the craft of writing and a "zero-mistake" editorial standard. You set the bar for quality across the entire organization.
  • A genuine passion for Customer Experience (CX) and the evolving intersection of AI and Marketing Technology.
  • A deep, functional understanding of SEO strategies and how to align content with search intent to drive organic growth.
  • Well-versed in content performance analytics; you don't just create content, you measure its impact on the funnel and iterate based on results.
  • Elite project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple global campaigns simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
  • Extremely comfortable in a fast-paced, "always-on" environment. This includes the flexibility to work outside typical hours to collaborate with global teams across different time zones.
  • A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude. You are a leader who can strategize at 30,000 feet and execute at ground level.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Humanities, PR, or a related field is preferred, though we value proven results and "street crumbs" over specific degrees.

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a cohesive global content strategy that bridges the gap between high-level brand awareness and measurable demand generation.
  • Omnichannel Roadmap: Architect an integrated content roadmap that supports organic growth, paid media, events, and social, ensuring every piece of content serves a clear business objective.
  • Global Advocacy: Act as the ultimate champion for the Insider brand, ensuring local relevance and consistent quality across our global footprint of 30+ countries.
  • Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and scale a lean team of specialists and freelancers. You will foster a culture of creative excellence, rigorous accountability, and continuous professional growth.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Sales to map content to the buyer’s journey, ensuring we provide the right message at the right moment for our target personas.
  • Content Innovation: Oversee a diverse portfolio of high-impact assets—from deep-dive technical reports and videos to compelling case studies and SEO-driven blog posts.
  • Executive Influence: Execute a "Voice of the Expert" strategy, transforming our leadership team and SMEs into recognized industry thought leaders.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Own the numbers. Use SEO insights and performance analytics to relentlessly refine our strategy and prove the ROI of every campaign.
  • Subject Matter Mastery: Dive deep into the nuances of MarTech, CX, AI, and B2B SaaS. You must be able to translate complex technology into compelling, human-centric stories.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage the content budget and end-to-end production lifecycle, identifying efficiencies to increase output without sacrificing quality.
