About The Position

We're hiring a Content Marketing Coordinator to own our content engine end-to-end, from managing and organizing content that lives on our website to building the systems to capture company and customer brand content. This role owns our social media presence, building the content calendar, and executing branded content across channels. You will partner with performance marketing on an always-on paid content engine and the greater marketing team on execution. You'll be collaborating on projects across the team, so energy, adaptability, and a strong creative point of view matter more than a specific background. If you're curious about AI, hungry to learn, and have a clear opinion on what makes content great, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • A strong, well-formed creative opinion about content. You can point to campaigns you love and explain why in-depth.
  • A natural organizer who thrives on keeping calendars, assets, and workflows in order.
  • Curious about and comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work.
  • Adaptable and energized by new projects across a fast-moving team.
  • Low ego, hungry to learn, and genuinely excited to build and grow.
  • Comfortable on camera and in front of customers.
  • Energized to work onsite in Williamsburg.
  • Comfortable with AI tools to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize content on our website, building systems so nothing gets lost.
  • Build and run the social media content calendar, from planning through execution.
  • Kick off and maintain a content collection system to consistently capture company and customer brand content.
  • Partner with the marketing team and cross-team collaboration to drive forward content execution and engagement.
  • Use AI tools to move faster and raise the quality and consistency of our content.
  • Jump into ad hoc projects across the marketing team as priorities shift.
