About The Position

Bazaarvoice is seeking a Content Marketing & Communications Specialist to support the development and execution of our content across key channels. In this role, you will be a vital part of our content studio, helping to bring our brand narrative to life. You will focus on the creation and coordination of high-quality assets, ensuring our brand experience is consistent, engaging, and tailored to our audience. You will work closely with the wider marketing team to translate strategic goals into tangible, high-performing content. As an editorially-minded team member, you will ensure that every piece of content is engaging, on-brand, and relevant.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of writing and content experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or digital-first environments.
  • A sharp eye for detail, strong writing skills, and a passion for storytelling. You understand how to adapt complex concepts into accessible and engaging copy.
  • Strong research and synthesis skills, working with data, industry trends, and internal inputs to craft content that feels credible and original.
  • A sharp, confident writing voice with strong attention to structure, tone, and flow.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with social media, design, and/or video-editing a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of diverse content types, including reports, event experiences, social, website, video, and support materials for integrated campaigns.
  • Serve with an editorial lens for our content pipeline, ensuring your assets are relevant for the market, technically accurate, and aligned with the Bazaarvoice brand voice and client-centric focus.
  • Help ensure that messaging is consistent and optimized for the unique requirements of each platform across social, web, and events.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and supporting collateral for industry events, ensuring our brand narrative remains cohesive and impactful.
  • Partner with the content team to help execute the content calendar, assisting with the briefing process and managing timelines for recurring projects.
  • Assist in tracking content performance metrics, using these insights to help refine our approach and ensure our content continues to drive engagement.
