About The Position

As our Content Marketer, you will own the narratives that help the world discover, understand, and engage with Retell AI. This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role focused on researching, writing, and shipping content at a fast pace. You’ll work directly with founders, product, and engineering to turn product updates, customer stories, and SEO opportunities into published content — quickly and consistently. From blogs and announcements to landing pages and social posts, you’ll be responsible for getting content live and moving on to the next thing with a strong bias for action. This role is for someone who loves to create. You’re not here to build a large team or manage a long-term content roadmap — you want to produce, ship, iterate, and see your work drive real results in a fast-moving startup environment.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of content marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, or developer-facing products.
  • You write fast and clean — your first drafts need edits, not rewrites.
  • You’ve published 100+ articles, not just a handful.
  • You get antsy if you haven’t shipped something by noon — you prefer producing over planning.
  • You can learn complex topics (AI, telephony, APIs) and explain them simply.

Responsibilities

  • Write 3–4 SEO-optimized articles per week that improve search visibility and drive organic growth.
  • Write feature announcements and product update posts, turning raw product changes into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Write and refine landing page and website copy to improve clarity and conversion.
  • Write social posts and LinkedIn content that highlight product updates, customer wins, and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with product to understand what we’re building — then explain it clearly and simply.
  • Own PR and media relations, including pitching stories to press and managing press interviews.
  • Lead customer story development, including interviewing customers and turning insights into compelling case studies and narratives.
