This role reports to the Content Foundation Transformation Lead, and collaborates closely with the team, Product Management, Technology, Brand, Legal, Risk, and cross-LOB stakeholders. You thrive in a cross-matrix organization, operate effectively in ambiguity and high-pressure environments, and bring creative, pragmatic solutions that accelerate adoption and measurable value. As an AI Foundation Transformation Specialist on the Marketing Transformation team, you should be a hands-on, AI-savvy transformation specialist to help build and scale AI-driven foundational content capabilities and a centralized Digital Asset Management (DAM) ecosystem for JPMC Marketing. You will translate strategy into executable roadmaps and deliverables, owning key workstreams across metadata/taxonomy, auto-tagging, semantic search, content fragmentation, rights and compliance, and workflow automation.
