The Content Experience Designer is responsible for creating and optimizing end-to-end customer experiences across Volvo Cars’ digital ecosystem, including web, mobile app, and CRM platforms. This role combines content strategy and execution, UX/UI design, and data-driven optimization to deliver intuitive, personalized, and high-performing digital experiences that align with business goals. In this role, you will bring our digital content experience strategy to life by shaping seamless user journeys and clear, compelling interface content. You will help ensure every interaction across our channels feels intuitive, personalized, and aligned with user needs and business goals.
