About The Position

Cyber B.A.T. is seeking a Content Developer to support mission-focused training programs. This role involves gathering and organizing technical content, reviewing course storyboards, and developing appropriate testing to ensure students demonstrate proficiency in areas such as CNO operations, related training, instruction, and technical leadership. Cyber B.A.T. is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business delivering engineering, cybersecurity, software, systems, and mission-focused consulting solutions to government customers and industry partners. Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with a current Maryland Polygraph
  • Four (4) years of experience in the content area(s) of the training to be developed or maintained
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: CNO operational duties, Development of related training, Instruction of related training, Mentoring or technical leadership in related content areas
  • Strong ability to gather, organize, and evaluate technical content for training development
  • Experience reviewing training materials and storyboards for technical accuracy and completeness
  • Ability to determine appropriate testing and evaluation methods to measure student proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Certifications relevant to the applicable training content areas
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with technical subject matter experts and training development teams

Responsibilities

  • Gather and organize raw technical content and source materials for course development
  • Identify and collect relevant content appropriate for inclusion in training courses
  • Review course materials and storyboards to ensure technical content is accurately represented
  • Determine appropriate testing methods to evaluate student knowledge and proficiency
  • Support the development and maintenance of training content across relevant technical areas
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and training teams to ensure course content meets learning objectives
  • Apply knowledge of CNO operational duties and related technical concepts to support training development
  • Contribute technical expertise, mentoring, and guidance within assigned content areas
