As a Content Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the product strategy and designing content with a focus on serving the audience through pertinent information and optimal user experience. Your day-to-day activities will include: Using audience research and analyzing data to guide content placement effectively. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems that impact multiple teams is a critical part of this role. Advanced proficiency in Product Development is required. Advanced proficiency in Digital Content Solution is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Content Assessment, Content Creation, and Content Planning & Distribution Strategy is suggested. Lead the development of innovative content strategies that align with audience needs and business goals. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and quality across all platforms. Analyze user feedback and data trends to continuously refine and improve content effectiveness. Support team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment to enhance overall delivery. Drive the adoption of best practices in content design and user experience to elevate project outcomes.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in: Conversational AI & LLMs
Voice AI
Cross-brand design systems
Content Designer + Conversational AI hybrid
Leading client initiatives
Advanced proficiency in Product Development
Direct client experience and domain familiarity
HS Diploma / GED

Nice To Haves

Advanced proficiency in Digital Content Solution is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Content Assessment, Content Creation, and Content Planning & Distribution Strategy is suggested.
Must have previous client project experience.
AI powered experience with Apple
Specialize in conversational AI design, agentic flow architecture,content systems, and information architecture, bridging the gap between how users think and how complex products are built.
Research grounded and systems first across the full content design lifecycle from taxonomy and IA through LLM training, SSML authoring, and agentic flow design.
