About The Position

As a UX Content Designer on our Platform team, you will develop best practices, write UX copy, and develop AI agents for our suite of health data products. This role sits at the intersection of UX writing and content strategy, requiring expertise in systems thinking, and a user-centric mindset. If you love problem solving, geek out over terminology and IA, and love the idea of making complex products intuitive, then we are looking for you!

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Science Writing, UX, HCI, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy.
An outstanding portfolio of thoughtfully designed content, demonstrating work across the end-to-end content development process, from identifying best practices to refining copy.
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Nice To Haves

Past work that focuses on Enterprise products, Healthcare, Medical services, or data-intensive technical platforms.
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data visualization principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills; ability to communicate complex concepts effectively across a broad range of audiences, and galvanize different opinions around a shared objective.
Familiarity with Figma as well as the technical intricacies of designing accessible, responsive web applications.

Responsibilities

Transform clinical and business jargon into simple, helpful and clear content for data providers, configurators, and/or biomedical researchers.
Develop frameworks, strategies, and best practices that champion the end-user’s needs.
Identify and document requirements, best practices, and prompts for AI agents that support and simplify end-user tasks in valuable, intuitive, and ethical ways.
Collaborate with designers, researchers, data scientists, product managers, and engineers; influence and adapt to stakeholders and their feedback.
