As a Vice President of Content Design in Small Business Acquisition Experience, you will develop and execute content plans for inclusive, usable product experiences and play a pivotal role in shaping customer experiences through content. Lead strategically important initiatives, drive innovative solutions to complex problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Leverage your expertise in content design and content architecture and provide guidance and direction in the narrative structure of products and services. Create engaging, user-friendly content that effectively communicates complex concepts to a diverse audience. Champion inclusive design and customer experience and contribute to the success of JPMorgan Chase's user experience design efforts. This role supports end‑to‑end small business acquisition journeys, including marketplace, eligibility, onboarding, and account opening across digital and assisted channels. The VP will help small business owners and bankers understand complex requirements such as documentation, business structures, and compliance steps with confidence and clarity. The role partners closely with Product, Design, Research, Risk, Legal, and Technology teams to improve acquisition comprehension and completion. Content strategy will balance regulatory rigor with customer‑centered simplicity to drive trust and conversion. The role contributes to scalable content systems that support multiple acquisition paths and product offerings.
