About The Position

The Content Data Support Specialist plays an essential role in supporting daily content production by processing, tracking, and maintaining data across internal systems. In this role, you’ll work closely with production and operations teams to ensure content moves smoothly through workflows, while assisting with basic system troubleshooting and issue tracking. You’ll spend a significant portion of your time completing hands-on production tasks, monitoring data accuracy, and helping resolve common workflow or content issues.

• Comfortable using computers and content systems and can quickly learn new platforms and workflows
• Can manage multiple tasks at once while clearly communicating with teammates and partners
• Enjoys helping keep operations running smoothly by addressing basic issues and flagging anything that needs extra attention
• Pays close attention to content and data accuracy and understands that small mistakes can impact the bigger production process

Nice To Haves

• Basic coursework in content-related fields such as digital media, information science, archives, library studies, or digitization-focused programs
• Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, or simple SQL concepts
• Experience with content operations, data entry, production support, or technical support (internships count)
• Comfort working with multiple tools and internal systems

Responsibilities

• Support content production by completing hands-on operational and data processing tasks
• Help monitor content workflows to ensure files, records, and deliverables move through systems accurately
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of content or system issues and escalate more complex problems when needed
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve content-related questions or errors
• Track and document issues, updates, and resolutions to help improve team processes
• Help test workflows and verify data accuracy before content moves to the next production stage
• Maintain clear documentation and follow established procedures to support consistent output
• Support additional production and operational needs as assigned
