About The Position

We are seeking an Independent Content Creator for ongoing creative services on a 1099 contractor basis. We believe home services companies have many untold stories. While most companies post generic content, we aim to capture the real-life stories of our people solving problems, earning trust, supporting communities, and creating human moments. Our goal is to create content that is worth following, building brands that people engage with because they learn, laugh, meet interesting people, or enjoy the stories, not just for potential service needs. This role involves partnering with us to tell these stories through photography, video, and social content, focusing on finding and developing compelling narratives rather than just executing a content calendar. We are looking for a creative partner to help build something exceptional.

Requirements

• Exceptional creativity, curiosity, and a strong portfolio.
• Ability to meet people, ask questions, and find stories.
• Experience in creating content people want to watch, read, and share.
• Ability to bring ideas and experiment with new formats.
• A portfolio, website, or examples of work.

Responsibilities

• Capturing original photography and video at job sites, branch locations, and community events.
• Developing content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
• Producing original photography, short-form video, long-form video, and other creative assets.
• Identifying compelling stories featuring our people, customers, projects, and communities.
• Organizing and delivering a growing library of visual assets for marketing, recruiting, advertising, email, and website use.
• Bringing new creative concepts and content ideas that help our brands stand out.
