We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and strategic Content Creator to bring the Saje brand to life through engaging, social-first content that builds awareness, drives discovery, and inspires our community. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you will develop authentic content across video and photography that go beyond following trends. You will work closely with the Community Engagement, Creative and Marketing teams to help build a best-in-class library of “always-on” and campaign content. Your content will support our Instagram and TikTok strategies while extending across email, eCommerce, and paid channels. We want you to bring your strong creative and video skills, as well as a knowledge of social media space. You stay ahead of emerging trends, understand what resonates across platforms, and are passionate about creating meaningful content within the lifestyle, wellness, and beauty space. You're naturally curious, eager to experiment, and motivated by continuously learning, optimizing, and elevating the performance of your work. All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.

Requirements

• Experience working with lifestyle, wellness, beauty, or CPG brands.
• Two years of experience creating social media content.
• Proven expertise with TikTok and Instagram, including a strong understanding of platform trends, audience behaviour, algorithms, and high-performing content.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite or similar products.
• Experience planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content across social media platforms.
• Strong videography, photography, and video-editing skills, with an eye for composition, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative, innovative mindset with a keen awareness of lifestyle, beauty and social media trends.
• Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and accountable, with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
• Familiarity with emerging social platforms, AI-assisted creative tools, and evolving content trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conceptualize engaging content in partnership with Creative and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage ongoing content needs for TikTok and Instagram, including monthly “always-on" content (e.g., tutorials and how-to videos) as well as campaign content.
• Create compelling, unique, thumb-stopping content that captures attention, drives engagements and pushes the brand forward.
• Film, edit, and produce high-quality content using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and similar creative tools.
• Be comfortable in appearing on camera, and support others in doing the same while producing videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Coordinate freelance photographers, videographers, and other content creators as required.
• Experiment with new content formats, trends and creative approaches to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Participate in creative campaign shoots to develop behind-the-scenes and social-first content assets.
• Plan and produce regular in-store content that aligns with brand, marketing, and social media objectives.
• Partner with the Social Media Manager to analyze content performance, interpret insights, and optimize creative based on engagement and platform metrics.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and content ideation for integrated marketing campaigns.
