About The Position

SharkNinja Studios and Proof Demo Lab are seeking extreme and creative content creators to produce demo content. The role involves visually proving product differences in a way that captures audience attention. The content should highlight SharkNinja's commitment to solving real problems with innovative products, pushing them beyond typical performance limits. Creators will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing vertical-first content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and conducting tests and experiments in the Proof Demo Lab. The role requires working across 35+ product categories and collaborating with various teams to ensure global impact. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio demonstrating their ability to create engaging content, fluency in short-form video, hands-on production skills, a fast-paced and scrappy approach, and comfort working on-site in a lab environment with various materials.

Requirements

A body of work (reel, feed, channel, portfolio) that proves you can make people stop scrolling.
Fluency in vertical, short-form content and the platforms it lives on.
Hands-on production ability.
The instinct to move fast; scrappy and now beats beautiful and next month.
Comfort working on-site in a working lab with water, fire, dust, food, and mess.
Formal film or design education is welcome but not required; work will be watched first.

Responsibilities

Create content that earns viewership on its own, not sales videos.
Make the product the hero by demonstrating its capabilities through stunts, cooking, styling, racing, or other methods.
Concept, shoot, and cut vertical-first content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Run controlled tests, torture tests, head-to-head comparisons, and food-science experiments in the Proof Demo Lab and film them.
Showcase product capabilities rather than making claims.
Work across 35+ product categories.
Collaborate with product, engineering, brand, and regional marketing teams.
