The Role We are seeking a highly creative, data-driven Content Creator to lead the development, testing, and optimization of marketing creative across multiple brands and across both paid and organic channels. This role blends hands-on content creation and community engagement, ensuring each brand’s voice and audience strategy is reflected in high-performing content. You leverage AI tools to scale winning creative concepts across a portfolio of brands. You obsess over the voice of the customer. You work hard to understand the needs and challenges that operators and merchants face in order to create content that goes a level deeper to meet the objectives of small business owners looking to grow and automate their businesses.
