About The Position

My Healthy Penguin® is a SoCal meal prep company that delivers fresh, chef-made meals and stocks healthy vending fridges in gyms and businesses across the region. We need a content creator who can walk into our kitchen, our gym locations, or a delivery route and walk out with scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, and ad creative that actually converts. This is not a "post three times a week and call it a day" role. We want someone who can make our food look incredible, make our brand feel alive on social, and produce content we can run as paid ads. You'll shoot 2 to 3 times a month on-site, then deliver a batch of edited content we can post and promote across IG, TikTok, Threads, and X.

Requirements

• You have a portfolio of short-form content that actually performs (show us the work)
• You're comfortable shooting in a production kitchen, a gym, or wherever the brand lives
• You bring your own gear or mobile setup and don't need us to build you a studio
• You follow trends but you're not a trend-chaser. You know how to make content that fits the brand AND the algorithm
• You move fast, take direction well, and don't need to be micromanaged

Nice To Haves

• Bonus if you've created content for food, fitness, or DTC brands before

Responsibilities

• Show up 2 to 3 times per month to shoot on-site (with Christine, kitchen, gym locations, deliveries, staff, real moments)
• Produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) and photo assets
• Create ad-ready content we can use for paid campaigns, not just organic posts
• Capture the brand voice: real, fun, health-conscious without being preachy
• Come with shoot concepts and creative ideas, not just wait to be told what to film
• Turn around edited content quickly with minimal back-and-forth
