About The Position

Watersound Real Estate is seeking a full-time Content Creator & Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team and help build the future of our internal media agency. This is more than a videographer position. We are looking for a creative storyteller, strategic thinker, and relationship builder who is excited to help shape what video marketing looks like across our brokerage. As one of the foundational members of this initiative, this role will play a key part in developing video services, agent content programs, listing packages, brokerage-wide media efforts, and future revenue-generating media offerings that support growth, recruiting, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, thrives in a collaborative environment, and understands that great content starts with strong relationships. Success in this role requires the ability to make agents feel comfortable on camera, identify compelling stories, educate agents on the value of content marketing, and continuously elevate the quality and impact of our media offerings. This role offers significant flexibility, allowing time both in the office and in the field capturing content throughout Northwest Florida. From luxury communities and amenities to builder partnerships, client testimonials, hospitality experiences, and company initiatives, this position will help tell the story of Watersound Real Estate and the communities we serve. As the media department expands, this role has the potential to grow into a leadership position overseeing future content creators, editors, and media initiatives.

Requirements

• Professional experience in videography, content creation, media production, or a related field
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience operating professional camera systems, drones, audio equipment, and stabilization tools
• Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to create content that connects emotionally and drives engagement
• Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Produce, film, and edit luxury property listing videos
• Develop scalable video packages and service offerings for agents
• Create lifestyle-focused content that highlights the unique communities, amenities, and experiences that define the Watersound lifestyle
• Collaborate with agents to identify creative opportunities that support their personal brands and business goals
• Guide agents through the content creation process, helping them become more comfortable and confident on camera
• Assist in planning and executing agent content days, brand shoots, and educational content initiatives
• Capture client success stories and testimonials that build trust and credibility
• Capture and produce video content for brokerage events, grand openings, networking functions, and community activations
• Create recruiting videos, company culture content, and brand storytelling pieces that support business growth
• Produce social media content, YouTube videos, campaign assets, and promotional content for brokerage initiatives
• Create content that supports retention, recruiting, and agent engagement efforts
• Support leadership and marketing teams with strategic video projects throughout the year
• Assist in documenting and promoting the growth and evolution of Watersound Real Estate
• Oversee video content production related to new development and builder services initiatives
• Create content supporting community launches, builder relationships, development updates, floor plans, model homes, and project storytelling
• Produce builder interviews, construction progress updates, and community-focused educational content
• Capture content that showcases the vision, growth, and future of Northwest Florida communities
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish processes, standards, and content strategies for future growth
• Help build and refine the structure of Watersound Real Estate's internal media agency
• Contribute ideas for new services, packages, workflows, and revenue opportunities
• Assist in developing media offerings that agents can purchase to support their businesses
• Continuously seek ways to improve content quality, efficiency, and agent engagement
• Stay current on industry trends, social media best practices, video formats, AI tools, and emerging platforms
• Help establish Watersound Real Estate as a leading media and storytelling brand within the real estate industry
