About The Position

Parker Heating and Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a creative and high energy Content Creator / Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand through engaging storytelling and digital marketing efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Parker, CO. Parker Heating and Air, Plumbing & Electric has proudly served the South Metro Denver area for over 23 years. We are a locally owned residential service company who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, happy customers, happy employees, and delivering better-performing systems.

Requirements

Experience with photography, videography, and basic lighting/audio setup
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing tools
Experience or strong interest in social media and digital marketing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Passion for storytelling and showcasing customer experiences
Positive attitude and alignment with company values

Responsibilities

Create and edit photo and video content (job sites, team members, installs, customer stories)
Produce content for social media, advertisements, and digital platforms
Collaborate with marketing partners to optimize ad performance
Leverage AI tools and modern strategies to increase reach and return on investment
Plan and support events, trade shows, and local promotions
Capture customer testimonials and success stories
Manage online reputation across review platforms
Develop and send customer newsletters and marketing communications
Support recruiting marketing initiatives for open roles
Manage branded materials such as swag and uniforms
Use ServiceTitan Marketing Pro (training provided)
