Compensation range: $ 75,244.21 - $ 85,993.38 Annually The base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications. This role is equal parts strategist, creator, and connector. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the ideal candidate will be inspired by human-centered design, and the impact thoughtful spaces can have in offices, schools, healthcare environments and beyond. You’ll thrive in creative settings, enjoy being part of an active community, and love capturing real moments as they happen. Partnering closely with marketing leadership and sales you’ll help shape content strategy and bring it to life across social media, email, and websites. From showrooms and client spaces to events and everyday moments, you’ll play a key role in how our work, our people, and our purpose show up in the world.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social platforms, content tools, analytics, and evolving discovery models
  • Comfortable capturing and editing photo, video, and audio content
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as a HubSpot.
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute quickly and independently
  • Uses their time effectively, values the time of others, sets important priorities. Stands up and serves as a champion for challenging ideas or positions and exhibits strong team building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Highly social, curious, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of people
  • Creative mindset with a test-and-learn approach
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Effectively facilitates conversations and interpersonal engagements.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities without losing clarity or quality
  • Ability to maintain distinct voice and tone for each brand, translating brand guidelines into compelling, platform-appropriate content
  • 2-5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing tools & platforms such as HubSpot

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with marketing leadership and sales to shape social and content strategy, then bring it to life day to day
  • Plan and manage content calendars that support campaigns, priorities, and multiple brands across the enterprise
  • Create content end to end, from coming up with ideas to capturing, editing, and publishing photo, video, audio, and written stories
  • Spend time out in the field at events, showrooms, client spaces, and offices, capturing real moments and meaningful stories (with some travel across key markets)
  • Publish content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging spaces influenced by AI-driven discovery, including community-based platforms like Reddit
  • Adapt content for each platform and audience while keeping every brand’s voice, tone, and point of view intact
  • Engage with our community online and in person, joining conversations and building relationships that matter
  • Keep an eye on what competitors are doing, what’s changing in the industry, and how new platforms and AI tools are shaping digital discovery
  • Partner with digital marketing teammates to make sure content supports broader goals like visibility, discoverability, and SEO, and deploy content via digital marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot) for email, webpages, etc.
  • Share what’s working (and what’s not) through regular performance reporting and insights
  • Experiment with new formats, tools, and ideas, always looking for better ways to connect and show up
  • Support broader digital projects, including building out microsites, project case studies, landing pages, and web content that support social campaigns
  • Balance creative exploration with production work, making sure content gets executed accurately, efficiently, and on time — with room to grow new skills along the way
