The Digital Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, delivering and managing digital creatives for numerous marketing platforms including, but not limited to, video, digital display, email, website and social media, while assisting with marketing department initiatives. This role will concept and create marketing materials, manage projects and ensure cohesive messaging throughout all platforms. The Digital Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for management of social media platforms, including content creations, paid ads and customer engagement, as well as Google My Business.

Requirements

  • The Digital Content Marketing Specialist must have a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or communications or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • They must have excellent oral/written communication skills in order to communicate to all levels of the business and establish solid relationships.
  • They will pay strong attention to detail and have the ability to quickly retrieve, manipulate, analyze and interpret data, while working in a fast paced environment.
  • Computer skills in a Microsoft windows environment, including being proficient in Excel are a must.
  • Adobe Suite experience is also necessary for this position.
  • The Digital Content Marketing Specialist must have the ability to multitask and handle competing priorities at the same time.
  • Additionally, a successful Digital Content Marketing Specialist must have a strong work ethic and be a team player requiring limited supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Family Farm & Home mission statement and family values
  • Create, deliver, edit and optimize marketing materials for numerous marketing platforms
  • Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies
  • Manage Google my Business, and assist with Google Platform Review & Strategy (Google Ads (Search/Shopping) GA4 Analytics)
  • Assist with development of SEO/SEM setup, management goals and performance for optimal results
  • Responsible for social media platform management, including content design, implementation, promotion and analysis, as well as direct consumer interaction/messaging
  • Coordinate and deliver email campaigns that tie-in design collaterals for social, website and print creatives through full Marketing team collaboration
  • Work closely with retail store locations for local events, hiring events, grand openings and other corporate driven events through social event/posting promotions and bounce-back coupon development
  • Coordinate flow of information and communication/disseminate it according to plan/strategy for all parties involved
  • Create video assets for digital feature and promotion on numerous customer facing tactics, as well as internal facing content for training purposes
  • Support marketing programs and promotions to drive traffic and sales from both new and existing customers in our retail locations
  • Be a dynamic team player with forward-thinking ideas to drive sales growth and vendor partnership opportunities
  • Stay up to date with current trends, both in design and technologies to continue to improve skills and contribute to navigating priority for multi-year growth strategy
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor or company official
