About The Position

The Digital Content Creator (Entry – Mid Level) will assist in executing social media strategy across multiple restaurant brands. Responsible for filming, editing, and posting content that reflects each brand’s voice and style. This role is hands-on, creative, and ideal for someone who loves food, video, and storytelling. All content gear will be provided.

  • Hands on experience in content management, curation, and creation
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to drive toward results
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Beginner editing (CapCut, Canva, mobile video)
  • Competent editing (Premiere Pro, LumaFusion, reels workflow)
  • Associates degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or related field required
  • One to three years of related experience preferred, preferably in Marketing or Social Media
  • Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Prolonged periods of sitting
  • Prolonged periods of typing
  • Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e. working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers
  • Ability to lift up to 15-30 pounds at times
  • Travel to varies worksites as well as event locations

Nice To Haves

  • The ideal candidate is experienced or fluent with the majority of all social media platforms - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok

Responsibilities

  • Manage, post, create content and curate social media.
  • developing and implementing the social media calendar and execute posts based off the calendar and engagement analytics
  • Create original text, graphic, and video content, managing posts and responding to followers, comments, and DM's as well as curating social media content that is relevant to our clients' brands
  • Develops and expands company’s web presence through social media
  • Maintain current knowledge of latest digital technologies and social media trends to develop the company’s online marketing
  • Handle our clients' social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement
