About The Position

Thirdlove is seeking a hands-on Content Creator and Strategist to own the brand's presence across organic social platforms. This role is for a creator who is also a strategist, capable of shooting, editing, and posting content, and who can architect the brand's social voice. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team, creative director, and founders to build an unapologetic, craveable, and real social voice. This position requires a strong eye for premium aesthetics, fluency in social platform strategy, analytics, and AI, and the ability to drive growth for fast-growing accounts. The role involves operational execution, performance tracking, content strategy, creative development, and community engagement, with a focus on executional support, reporting, and system maintenance. Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in social media execution, content operations, or digital marketing, either for a brand or a personal channel that represents traction and brand identity.
  • Strong creation skills, understanding of video skills, and comfortable shooting, editing, voice-over, and production from ideation to execution.
  • Hands-on experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (Nectar, Dash Hudson, Emplifi, or similar).
  • Great storyteller with sharp/premium aesthetics.
  • High energy and a clear creative point of view.
  • Thinks in communities, not just followers.
  • Awareness of competitors and how brands interact with people.
  • Not afraid of AI and ready to use it as a resource.
  • Experience in managing other creatives.
  • Understanding of the briefing process and ability to provide a POV.
  • Familiarity with native social platform analytics.

  • Design and Figma experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce videos for IG, IG Stories, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Work closely with the creative team and marketing partners to understand content needs.
  • Study and understand the brand's identity, voice, and values.
  • Build and manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms, ensuring alignment with campaigns, launches, and brand identity.
  • Source and brief photo and video content for social grids, ensuring it is elevated, polished, and brand-appropriate.
  • Lead day-to-day management of social channels, including publishing content, community engagement, and direct messages.
  • Work closely with the CX team to find synergy and alignment across customer curiosity and FAQs.
  • Respond, repost, comment, and meme in real-time, infusing the brand voice into cultural conversations.
  • Track and surface user-generated content (UGC) in partnership with marketing for potential resharing or amplification.
  • Stay plugged into online culture and trends, knowing when to engage with them.
  • Create, edit, post, and manage community for all Instagram and TikTok content.
  • Conduct office/UGC/editorial-style video shoots.
  • Create graphic and motion assets for social media in tandem with the Sr. Video Editor.
  • Participate in retailer launch content creation.
  • Report on social media performance, respond to the community, and work with AI tools to measure success and identify opportunities.
  • Support the execution of operational initiatives such as giveaways and boosting consistency.
  • Maintain quality control across captions, tagging, links, and publishing cadence.
  • Utilize internal software/processes like social asset organization in Canto.
