About The Position

Shepherd Church is seeking a creative Content Creator & Photographer to capture the church's story through photos and video. This role involves filming services and events, editing content, managing projects, and contributing to the ministry's visual communication. The position requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, camera equipment, lighting, and audio, as well as experience with project management tools like Asana. The ideal candidate is passionate about photography, videography, and storytelling, works well independently and in a team, communicates professionally, and demonstrates a commitment to excellence and stewardship.

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends
• 2–5 years of experience in photography, videography, or content production
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop; After Effects optional)
• Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting, and audio for both photo and video shoots
• Experience with content management and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
• Ability to edit and deliver polished content on deadlines
• Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for visual content

Responsibilities

• Film services and events

• Capture key moments through filming and photography
