As our Content Author, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day. The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit: You’ll work with a cross-functional team consisting of IT developers, business analysts, business leaders, and others to help turn marketing ideas and concepts into delivered user experiences for our customers. This requires collaborating with a variety of technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes, correct errors in a timely manner, and implement changes to the content management system. You’ll be responsible for configuring new designs for site content, updating user stories, executing monitoring plans, facilitating testing, and maintaining high standards for a consumer-facing operation.
