About The Position

BigPanda is seeking a hands-on Content & Brand Activation Manager to serve as the social and video activation engine for Corporate Marketing. This role involves transforming strategic narratives into social-native content, short-form video, executive visibility, and real-time moments to build market presence. The position focuses on creating engaging content across platforms like LinkedIn, executive channels, events, and webinars, rather than traditional long-form writing or social scheduling. The manager will collaborate closely with the Head of Corporate Marketing and various internal teams including Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, Web, Design, PR, and subject-matter experts.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in B2B social, content, brand activation, digital media, or related marketing roles.
  • Enterprise technology or SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
  • A portfolio demonstrating social-native thinking and real examples of short-form video scripting, shooting, editing, or publishing.
  • Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, visual storytelling, platform behavior, and audience engagement.
  • Non-negotiable short-form video fluency; experience making video content directly, not just briefing agencies.
  • Comfortable writing concise, high-quality social copy, video scripts, captions, headlines, and executive posts.
  • Strong editorial judgment to clarify complex technical or business ideas without overclaiming.
  • Comfortable working directly with executives and subject-matter experts, including coaching them on voice and on-camera presence.
  • High autonomy and low process dependency, with a bias toward figuring things out and moving work forward.
  • A bias toward shipping over perfecting; understanding the difference between done-and-good and done-and-sloppy.
  • Experience activating content around events, webinars, launches, or executive thought leadership programs.
  • Comfortable using AI tools in a thoughtful, controlled workflow for transcription, ideation, editing, repurposing, and production support.
  • Proficiency in a combination of Descript, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent video tools.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or similar lightweight creative tools.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, Instagram/Threads, Facebook, and Twitter/X natively.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with GEO/AEO and content discoverability is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day social engine for Corporate Marketing, building and managing a social calendar for corporate channels and executive profiles.
  • Transform company narratives, research, customer evidence, analyst insights, events, and product moments into social-native content such as posts, carousels, quote-led assets, polls, and recurring content series.
  • Support executive thought leadership by shaping ideas, identifying angles, calibrating voice, and packaging content for publication.
  • Create social packages around anchor content assets and monitor performance to inform future content strategy.
  • Own the fast-paced end of video production, developing concepts, scripts, and lightweight production plans for short-form video content.
  • Capture and produce thought-leadership clips, executive soundbites, event moments, product perspectives, customer/partner moments, and social-native explainers.
  • Edit and package raw footage into polished, captioned, platform-ready assets using tools like Descript, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere.
  • Shoot phone-quality content when speed and authenticity are key, and create multiple variations (cuts, aspect ratios, captions, thumbnails, copy) from single assets.
  • Assist executives and subject-matter experts in becoming more comfortable and effective on camera.
  • Build repeatable workflows for generating a steady stream of content from recordings, webinars, interviews, and events.
  • Translate strategic narratives into channel-ready content families with clear audience, point of view, and next steps.
  • Turn one anchor asset into a coordinated set of social posts, videos, carousels, event moments, executive content, and field/demand handoffs.
  • Ensure derivative content remains anchored to approved messaging, claims, proof, and terminology.
  • Partner with marketing teams to identify the strongest story, evidence, or tension in source assets.
  • Simplify technical ideas without losing specificity, applying human judgment to AI-assisted workflows.
  • Act as a content correspondent at priority events, capturing usable footage, quotes, and insights.
  • Publish or hand off timely social content during live conversations and produce event recap videos and follow-up content.
  • Build pre-event content packages to generate momentum and provide shareable content.
  • Produce on-brand work such as carousels, quote tiles, thumbnails, simple motion assets, event graphics, and social imagery.
  • Maintain visual and verbal consistency across all published content.
  • Organize source files, templates, captions, approvals, and final assets for reusability.
  • Help establish a lightweight brief-to-publish workflow and coordinate with various teams for broader asset activation.

  • Competitive cash and equity compensation
  • Supportive, collaborative, and innovative environment
