About The Position

A Containment Installer II is responsible for the day-to-day installation of containment materials, following clear direction from the site supervisor while maintaining the assigned work schedule.

Requirements

Basic mechanical or construction skills; ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Physically able to lift materials, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
High School diploma
1-3 Years Mechanical experience required

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in construction, or data center infrastructure installation is a plus
0-1 years data center experience preferred but not required
Knowledge in Microsoft Suite applications such as: Excel, Word, and Outlook is a plus

Responsibilities

Install hot and cold aisle containment systems, including panels, doors, ceiling structures, and mounting hardware.
Use basic hand tools (e.g., drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, measuring tape) to assemble and secure components.
Follow work instructions to ensure proper system layout and alignment.
Measure and cut materials accurately to fit within designated areas.
Inspect and test completed installations to ensure proper fit, function, and alignment.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, and supervisors to complete installations on schedule.
Report material needs, progress updates, and any installation issues to the project lead or site supervisor.
