About The Position

We are looking for a Hand Sorter to join our warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in maintaining quality and meeting production goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a supportive team.

Requirements

Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Experience in a warehouse or production-based environment preferred.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

Hand-sort RPCs (returnable plastic containers) accurately based on manufacturer and quality standards.
Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and precision.
Meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
Support your team with other duties as assigned by site leadership.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace ('Clean as You Go').
May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).
