About The Position

Ecowaste Solutions is a fast-growing company in a stable, essential industry, and our Container Delivery Drivers are a key part of how we show up for our customers every day. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering, placing, and swapping out garbage containers at customer sites across your route. This isn't a package delivery job. You'll be operating heavy equipment, maneuvering containers in tight spaces, and representing Ecowaste in the field every time you pull up to a customer location. If you're comfortable behind the wheel with a trailer or similar equipment, take pride in doing the job right, and want steady work with a company that's going places, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
Demonstrated experience operating a vehicle with a trailer or similar towing/hauling equipment required.
Comfortable maneuvering large equipment in tight or congested spaces.
Dependable, punctual, and professional in customer-facing situations.
Ability to work independently and manage a route efficiently.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.
CDL is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver, place, relocate, and retrieve garbage containers at customer sites according to scheduled routes.
Safely operate a truck and trailer or similar equipment to transport containers.
Maneuver containers accurately and safely in a variety of environments including tight spaces and active job sites.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries and address any on-site concerns.
Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required paperwork or electronic logs.
Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety standards.
Work with the dispatch team to manage route changes or priority deliveries.
Other duties as assigned.
