About The Position

Mutual Credit Union has an excellent career opportunity for a Contact Center Specialist. This position will be responsible for assisting members and potential members with their telephone requests, answering questions about products and services, and resolving problems. A Contact Center Specialist is an important position in our organization, and the individual should have a passion for helping people, while having a naturally positive attitude and demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize workflow
  • Promote a positive team atmosphere
  • Work well with others in all areas of the Credit Union
  • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Maintain a very high level of confidentiality
  • Researching and resolving issues
  • Strong computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • One year of financial industry or call center experience preferred
