Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of financial products, electronic services, and banking regulations. (we are willing to train the right candidate)
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service, call centers, banking, credit unions, or other financial institutions.
  • Additional education in business, finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding member service that reflects the Alliance brand experience.
  • Assist members with account inquiries, maintenance, online banking, payments, transfers, and electronic services.
  • Process financial and non-financial transactions accurately and securely.
  • Identify member needs and recommend products and services that improve financial well-being.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
  • Support consumer and mortgage lending activities by gathering information and processing applications.
  • Resolve member concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with teammates and other departments to provide a seamless member experience.
