About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls while providing accurate, timely, and professional support to clients, agents, and third parties. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center preferred)
  • Strong ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and efficiency
  • Proven ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly to a diverse customer base
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn and retain complex information quickly
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

  • Handle 45–55 inbound calls per day, ranging from simple inquiries to complex, market-sensitive requests
  • Respond to requests from agents, policyholders, and third parties via phone
  • Educate customers on company products, including policy details, product changes, tax implications, and state regulations
  • Provide clear explanations of policy information such as beneficiary details, terms, and account values
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and ensure appropriate resolutions
  • Process a variety of transactions including: Address and beneficiary updates, Ownership changes, Partial withdrawals and replacements
  • Draft and send correspondence through multiple communication channels
  • Take initiative to resolve issues and deliver a high-quality customer experience
