About The Position

MCI is seeking a proactive and people-oriented Contact Center Recruiter to support talent acquisition in a high-volume BPO environment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of growing contact center operations. To be considered, candidates must complete a full application on the company careers page, including screening questions and a pre-employment test.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree, Certification or Equivalent Combination of Training and Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or high-volume environment.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
  • Must be willing to submit to drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for contact center roles, including agents, team leads, and support staff.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment events.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
