About The Position

Ready to build a career where you can make a difference every day? Kohler Credit Union is looking for a Full-Time Contact Center Member Service Representative to join our team. This position starts at $19.15-$21.40 per hour and is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin or grow their career in banking, financial services, and customer support. No previous financial institution experience is required. Training for this position takes place on-site at our Corporate Center in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Attendance on-site is required for the entire training period. Once training is successfully completed and performance expectations are met, employees may become eligible to transition to a work-from-home arrangement. As a Member Service Representative, you'll be a key point of contact for our members, providing friendly, knowledgeable, and solutions-focused service. You'll listen to their needs, answer questions, resolve account issues, and help them find products and services that support their financial goals. You'll assist members through phone, chat, email, and secure messaging while maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. Responsibilities may include debit card requests, digital banking support, mobile deposit verification, account maintenance, and researching and resolving member questions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and building relationships. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide professional, friendly, and solutions-focused customer service

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to listen, understand member needs, and effectively resolve questions or concerns
  • Ability to follow established procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
