About The Position

We’re looking for a creative, team-oriented, and passionate individual to join our growing Contact Center team. As a Contact Center Agent / Inside Sales Representative, you will help grow and maintain Kitchen Magic’s appointment setting goals—including but not limited to setting and confirming appointments while exhibiting a high level of customer service.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be eligible to work in the United States for any employer.
Able to commute to the corporate office in PA on a regular basis.
Position is primarily work from home which requires a quiet, distraction free environment.
Must have reliable internet access.
Must be willing to work a varying schedule including evenings and Saturdays.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
High sense of urgency and self-motivation a must.
Ability to improvise and provide solutions based on customer interaction.
Have a growth mindset with a strong desire to succeed.

Nice To Haves

Prior contact center experience a plus.
Experience in customer service highly desired.
1 – 2 years’ work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide a high level of customer service by representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
Follow up with potential customers who have shown an interest in kitchen remodeling to arrange for a free in-home design consultation.
Scheduling customer appointments.
Understand and support company best practices and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers.
Provide a high level of detail in customer follow up and paperwork.
