About The Position
Sentara Health Plans in Virginia Beach is looking to hire a Contact Center Advisor. Remote opportunities are available in multiple states. The Contact Center Advisor is responsible for responding to all telephonic sales-related consumer inquiries, identifying qualified prospects, providing rate quotes, and enrolling eligible consumers telephonically. This role also involves upselling and/or cross-selling products, providing guidance on insurance coverage, selling policies, and conducting appropriate follow-up calls.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (required)
- Must obtain L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 60 days of hire
- 1 year of prior sales experience (required)
Responsibilities
- Respond to all telephonic sales related consumer inquiries
- Identify qualified prospects
- Provide rate quotes
- Enroll eligible consumers telephonically
- Upsell and/or cross-sell products
- Provide guidance on insurance coverage
- Sell policies
- Conduct appropriate follow-up calls
