Primary responsibility will be assisting facilities engineering and maintenance with day-to-day facility issues, project planning, and managing facility maintenance contracts. Requirements

  • Requires HS Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of Technical Assembly experience or a technical degree.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting machinery startup, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting schematic drawings for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Basic skills of 2D AutoCAD layouts.
  • Access and experience placing and managing orders in Coupa.
  • Experience developing and documenting processes and controls.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee building systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing) and schedule repairs, maintenance, and facility upgrades.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, negotiate contracts, and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Ensure facilities meet local, state, and federal regulations, safety codes, and health standards.
  • Process work orders, maintain maintenance logs, manage facility budgets, and coordinate space planning or office moves.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the facility and grounds to identify repair or maintenance needs.
  • Maintain facility documentation and standards.
  • Support facilities maintenance group with technical information and materials when requested.
  • Contacting third party contractors, quoting and issuing purchase orders for facility repairs and/or material.
  • Developing processes and documentation for facilities operations and responsibilities.
  • Documenting facility preventative maintenance procedures and ensuring they are executed.
