CONSUMER SUPPORT-TEAM LEAD
About The Position
Oversee day to day operation of the assigned business. Essential Functions (Job Duties): Develop short- and long-term production goals. Establish efficient workflow. Ensure quality control of production and safety of workspace and equipment. Ensure excellent customer service Maintain working relationship with suppliers and other wholesalers. Ensure completion of paperwork as required by all regulatory agencies. Maintain adequate supply of supplies and items for sale and monitor inventory. Requisition as needed, within budgetary restraints. Ensure adequacy of staff to meet production needs, within budgetary restraints. Complete billing in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or related field or two years of experience running a commercial business preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
